Group Workouts

Here’s a list of group workouts we have going on right now.  These are open to everyone.  For updates and more information, “like” Tempo Multisport on Facebook.

Cycling:

Tuesday mornings – 7am

We roll from Suzi’s on Anderson Ln & Shoal Creek at 7am sharp. Pace varies, but will usually be in the 15-17mph range. Duration will range from 1.5 – 2 hours, and terrain will vary based on consensus of the group.

Saturday mornings -

Castle Hill Cycles offer one Saturday group ride per month, as well as a multitude of indoor cycling classes geared toward real cyclists! Check out there schedule here: Castle Hill Events. Coach Tammy will be involved with most of these rides.

Sunday mornings – 8:30am

Tempo Multisport leads the intermediate group ride out of Jack & Adam’s Bicycles. This very popular shop ride boasts three groups to choose from; a ‘No-Drop’ ride of 20 miles, our intermediate ride, and an advanced group. The pace of the intermediate group is 15-17mph will distances that vary from 30-45 miles.

Running

Tuesday mornings – 6:30am

Toes down from Starbucks off E. 51st (Barbara Jordan Blvd & Lancaster Ln). Mostly trail run, 4-5 miles, but plenty of options for those wanting to do more. Pace has been 9:15-10:00-min miles, but all levels are welcome to join us on this scenic trail run.

Saturday mornings

Long run day. Start time / location varies. Watch the Facebook page for details.
